David Hibbs

David Hibbs is a DCI Level 2 Judge from League City (just outside of Houston), TX.

• David was certified as an L1 by then-L3 judge Tim Weissman in 1998.
• David was promoted to L2 in 2002 in time for Grand Prix Houston (2001-2002 season), also by Tim Weissman.
• David was re-certified as L2 by Aaron Hamer during the reorganization of judge levels.

David's first major event was GP: Houston, November 2002 where he first met (then L3) Sheldon Menery who was HJ for the event. David wrote a judge report for this event that was published on the Wizards site.

David's first PT event was PT: Houston, where he was only available to judge Day 1.

David is currently working on a project to capture the history of the DCI, not just in terms of factual events but in terms of the experiences and observations of those in the program.
