| Abstract | Damián discusses an alternate team structure, used at large events with multiple deck checks teams: the squad structure. In this structure, there is one overall team lead responsible for tasks, and "squad leads" who are responsible for ensuring each of the members of their squad gets adequate support on the floor and feedback. |
