Toby Elliott is a judge who wrote Judge Articles. He won the vote for best Judge Article of the Year in 2007. He is a high level judge who head judges Pro Tours and World Championships. He was Head Judge of Grands Prix. He leads the Pillar Infrastructure in the Pillars & Spheres structure.
